Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our (A&E Industries/Yuel Beast Designs) work & designs, we do not offer returns or refunds on shipped products.
If your product or purchase is an In Stock item and has not been shipped, and you contact us for a refund, we will deduct a 5% cancellation fee from your initial purchase amount.
If your product or purchase is a Reserve or Pre Order item, it can only be canceled within a 48 hour window and is subject to a 5% cancellation fee from your initial purchase amount.

Reservation & Pre Order Policy
What is a Reservation or Pre Order?
Reservations and Pre Orders are orders placed for items that have not yet started or completed their production and manufacturing cycle. When a Reservation or Pre Order is placed, one unit from a limited batch of products will be allocated to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Working with limited or small batch products enables us to fabricate to the highest possible standard and more effectively calculate production, fulfillment, & shipment costs. Because of this, products Reserved or Pre Ordered cannot be canceled after a period of 48 hours as production or hardware elements have already been allotted or scheduled. Up until that point, products can be refunded minus a 5% cancellation fee.
When will I get my order?
We will always do our best to fulfill items by the estimated shipment date on the product page at the time of purchase, but we do reserve the right to change the estimated shipping date. If this happens, changes will be clearly communicated via email & our Discord.

Warranty Policy
We at A&E Industries/Yuel Beast Designs are proud to extend our 30 day limited warranty (from shipping date) to all “case” or “chassis” designs offered on our website.
The warranty covers any incidental damage or defects that occur during manufacturing or shipping.
During the warranty period, A&E Industries/Yuel Beast Designs will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of the product that proves defective because of manufacturing defects, or shipping related damages. This warranty only covers shipping damage that occurs while the order is shipped to the address on the order.
A&E Industries/Yuel Beast Designs reserves the right to ask for photographic proof of the damage, as well as proof of the order via order number or name & email. We reserve the right to refuse any warranty where in the above guidelines are not met. In the event of a warranty related claim, please email contact@yuelbeast.com. Warranty related matters will be handled as quickly as possible and you should expect and email back within 1 to 5 business days.
